Amalia Mattaör: brand story

Amalia Mattaör is a Paris-based designer who has built her creative identity around the evening bag, blending leather goods with the idea of jewelry: accessories designed to be beautiful, show-stopping, and at the same time “smart” to wear. The best-known line is The Dancing Bags, mini bags created to let you dance more freely, without having to hold the bag in your hand throughout the night.

Foundation year: I could not find a single, clearly stated founding year in accessible sources. However, the project and the designer appear to be documented online at least since 2011 (when “The Dancing Bags” collection is already presented as a dance-focused concept).
