One of the most important film star in the history, the owner of incredibly beautiful figure, protector of animals and a style icon – is Brigitte Bardot. Slenderness of her body – is not a dower, but is a long-term training and enormous efforts. Since childhood, Brigitte walked with a glass of water on her head for a development of correct posture. And the water was never  shed. Even in modern times some doctors give her posture as an example.
Till now she  it is considered as the standard of beauty. The actress’s clothing made revolution. A swimsuit in mini bikini style worn by Bardot at the Cannes Film Festival impressed and conquered the whole world. Currently many girls and women wear it. But  it would not exist if Brigitte Bardot would not be so relaxed.

Introduction to fashion of a simple checkered dress also considered as her merit. She accentuated her waist wearing  the belts over a dress or clothing turtlenecks.

 

Actress loved the clothes which bare the legs, which emphasized her  dignity but didn't denude a body. She put on black knee boots combined with shirt and trapeze-skirt.

 

Large gold-rimmed spectacles elegantly combined with her hair color. Brigitte Bardot did not like high-heeled shoes  and she  liked to walk barefoot as she admitted.

 

The Brigitte Bardot’s  hallmark is her hairstyle: a parting in the middle and blond flowing hair. There was a new style in make-up - the combination of pink lipstick and eyes contoured with pencil. The most important in make-up she considered the eyes, densely drawn and with shaded eyelines.  And a  lipstick only emphasizes the view. A beautiful makeup can’t correct an ugly body, but Brigitte Bardot had not this problem.  

 

Bardot was a vegetarian and defender of animals. She did not eat meat, in her main ration was fruits and vegetables which helped her to maintain a perfect slim body. She shared food on cellulite and anti-cellulite. The cellulite food is: sausage, meat products, fast food, sweets and all that is contained carbohydrates. Anti-cellulite: vegetables, fruits, seafood.

Almost every girl who lived in the 50-ies of XX century wanted to be like Brigitte Bardot. Everybody copied her virtually in everything: from a manner of dress, till a manner to talk. Her figure attracted the men’s eyes, and at the time women looked at her with envy.
