Soft, deep and wrapped in an intense dark chocolate brown, the M★BRC Alexia interprets the everyday bag with a richly tactile sophistication. The star of the design is the natural suede, velvety and matte, which absorbs the light to create subtle variations in tone and gives the surface the warm, sophisticated appearance typical of beautifully tactile finishes.

The silhouette is generous and soft, with slightly more volume towards the lower section. The upper edge opens naturally outwards, forming small folds that emphasise the bag’s flexible construction. The double handles in genuine pebbled leather create an elegant contrast with the suede and give the structure greater definition.

The signature detail of the Alexia line is the slim leather strap that wraps around the upper part of the bag. A small gold-tone metal buckle fastens it at the front, while the longer end falls vertically down the body of the bag. It is a simple yet highly distinctive detail, almost like a belt worn by the bag itself.

In this version, colour becomes an essential part of the design. Dark chocolate brown is an exceptionally deep, warm and sophisticated shade that is particularly well suited to suede, as its intensity changes subtly depending on the direction of the nap and the way the light falls.

History and identity of the M★BRC brand

M★BRC was founded in 2017 as the personal creative project of Massimo Braccialini. The son of Carla Braccialini, Massimo grew up professionally in the world of Florentine leather goods and worked for many years in the family company, first as a designer and later as creative director, building extensive experience in the design of bags and accessories.

With M★BRC, he opened a new professional chapter and developed a design language aimed at a more contemporary aesthetic. The collections focus on leather, distinctive workmanship, contrasting surfaces and details capable of giving each bag a strong identity without sacrificing everyday practicality.

The project maintains a strong connection with the culture of Italian leather craftsmanship: research, experimentation, experience and Made in Italy are central elements of the M★BRC identity. Shapes may be soft or structured, minimalist or more decorative, but the material always remains a fundamental part of the design.

The Alexia line expresses this philosophy particularly well. No showy decoration is needed: soft suede, pebbled leather, the slim strap and a small gold-tone buckle are enough to transform a spacious bag into a distinctive, feminine and deeply Italian design.
