Fashion-industry masters present the fruits of thier work and fantasy every year. But sometimes also the legendary couturier have not enough  imagination and creative inspiration. So designers turn their attention at the well-forgotten fashion tricks or copy all developing of their colleagues. Some of the "innovations" presented in fresh collections are hidden plagiarism, and occasionally designers risk their own name and go in for openly steal. We can only guess what  designer expects in this case.
Needless to say that fashion critics, celebrities and secular people react negatively to such tricks. Sometimes these incidents do not end with simply disputes and gossip, but end with court lawsuits and scandals.  For example, Roberto Cavalli  with street artists conflict.

Isabel Marant  also do not shun plagiarism. 47-year-old Frenchwoman which created sneakers with heels had predatory intentions on creation of sports conglomerate: Isabel encroached on classic Adidas Stan Smith  sneakers. Carl Lagyerfyelid e New Balance
If we are talking about sneakers, so It's worth to mention about scandalous proceedings of Karl Lagerfeld with New Balance blazed up at the end previous year. Sport footwear by German fashion designer is very similar to the design of New Balance 420 sneakers. The only significant difference is the “K” character. Chanel’s Art director refused of public explanation, and  representatives of the New Balance went on the offensive. The company promised to protect their customers of confusion and to protect brand product against encroachments.

By the way, so discussed model of sneakers was created int 70th years of XX century. New Balance evaluates its sneakers for $100. Chanel Fashion house not famous for affordable prices offer to buy the sport footwear copy for $350.


Dolce&Gabbana and Colombian designer
Who would have guessed that in beautiful new collection by Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbano dedicated to mothers of all the earth is also presented a plagiarism. While fashion critics and famous dives talked about original unbeaten ideas a little-known designer form Colombia trying to achieve justice and to introduce herself to notice by public.
An unusual accessory  appeared  in the focus of attention – is Headphones with pearls and precious stones.
A young little-known designer from Colombia approves that she presented her idea in 2011. It was devoted an extensive advertising campaign for public this headphones. According to her the Photos are the best proof of theft. It is not yet known if the colombian designer will go to cort. But the managers of Dolce&Gabbana  refrained from commentino. How do you think is this a plagiarism or coincidence?
