Braccialini Cartoline Bags.
The Cartoline collection is another cult line of bags offered by the renowned Italian brand Braccialini. The Cartolina bag is a true keepsake: the memory of a journey or a beautiful fairy tale heard in childhood. The Cartoline collection was born from the TUA line, created in 1990 and conceived for the creative and flamboyant woman. Each model portrays a landscape or a story and, with a cartoon-like style, evokes the world’s most beautiful cities. The bags are crafted using a technique of layering different materials, prints, patchwork, and embroidery.
As brand founder Carla Cecconi Braccialini recounts, the first Cartolina sprang from one of her creative thoughts: it depicted “a female silhouette and a landscape that many believed they recognized as Capri, the island in the Gulf of Naples known throughout Italy and the world.”

The name of the collection draws on the Italian tradition of sending, while traveling, a postcard to friends and loved ones to share the emotions of the journey and offer a glimpse of the places visited. Since then, around the illustrations and the classic embroidered wording on the back “Saluti da…”, have come Rome, New York, Moscow, Paris… as well as postcards dedicated to imaginary places, rich in charm and emotion.
